Shaftesbury Abbey

A horde of secret treasure is supposed to be hidden in this Saxon Abbey and is also the cause of ghostly sightings.

A monk is reputed to have buried the treasure in the Abbey and died before he could tell anyone else of the treasure's whereabouts. His ghost is now seen wandering around the ruins, looking for someone he can pass on his secret to.
